my panoramic suite was supposed to be luxurious, but the broken window rolet was embarrassingly unacceptable. the bed was rather hard, which is beyond comprehension for a hotel of this caliber. in addition, the extra charge for a cappuccino is absolutely ridiculous. i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t get past these major flaws.

Stunning Panoramic Views and Great Service
I had an incredible stay with breathtaking views of the Tagus River, especially from the dining terrace. The spacious and tidy suite was complemented by delightful breakfasts that offered a fresh variety every day. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, making us feel right at home with their attentive service. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to provide a kettle in the room for tea enthusiasts.

There are some significant drawbacks that need addressing. I encountered issues with room maintenance, like drainage problems in the bathroom and a noticeable musty smell in some rooms. insect presence was bothersome, particularly with flies in dining areas during meals. The outdoor loungers needed a refresh, which detracted from the otherwise comfortable ambiance. the lack of a window in certain rooms restricted ventilation, leading to uncomfortable humidity. Finally, Wi-Fi connectivity was sketchy at times, frustrating when you expect a solid internet connection in the middle of the countryside.

It was just a well-suited match for a holiday in Costa da Caparica with very good value for money. The large room and its cleanliness were a pleasant surprise, and it gave us plenty of space to unwind. Be prepared for a decent walk to the city, but the views along the way are worth it.
